With a lot of money anything is possible. It will fit but you have to make a lot of modifications. It's not worth it IMO.

itd def be alot cheaper just to sell your 94 se and by like a 93/94 gt.

It depends......

The ECU and the harness will have to be changed out, as well as the engine and trans. There are a lot of people that have done it, but most are extremely mechanically inclined, and had a lot of time to accomplish it.
