Question how long will it last

i am wondering if anyone has any advise or any experience with a 96 civic ex. i want to know if my car will last very well when it gets higher milage. right now it has 120k and i don't want it to have a ton of problems when it gets 30-40 more thousand mile on it. i had a 90 accord ex and when it hit around 155k it started to have a lot of problems. if you had any advice i would really appriciate it. thanks

mechanically -- 300,000-400,000miles if maintained correctly

oil changes
filters
plugs
t-belt
fluids
valve adjustments
so on . . .

Thats a hard question to answer since there are many variables.

The most miles I ever saw on a Honda was a little over 500K, still original engine & trans. Went through many alternators, radiators, window regulators, the normal stuff that "just breaks" hella brake jobs. All maintenence was perfect every service :: 7.5K 15K 22.5K 30K 37.5K 45K & so on
