Possibly spraying too close.

DId you wash it really good? small droplets of oil will cause that

Most times its because you are getting the paint on to thick.
Do light mist coats first.

The bubbles could be caused by dissolved spray can propellant "gassing" out of the paint. This is most obvious when too much paint is layered on too thick. Take the PMan's advice and spray thinner coats. That can be done by spraying from further away or moving across the surface quicker.

I second the oils wax etc

Also a first mist /tac coat is better for bonding and not running as easy

Shake well before use, and reshake will minimize the chance of having bubbles!

Don't forget to wait a bit between coats to allow the paint to gas out a bit.
