Question upper left ball joint

Just got told by Sears that I need an upper left ball joint before they can align my front end.

Is this a ball joint only or do I replace the entire control arm?

How much for ball joint?

How much for control arm assembly?

How difficult to R&R?

the upper ball joints is part of the entire upper control arm. dont know a price but its pretty simple to replace
