This law or rule, whatever you want to call it has come under scrutiny(sp) during this time of war(i.e. all the flag burnings americans did). They are currently attempting to further the definition of this and what the U.S. will accept as tolerable and what is extreme. Thats what we talked about yesterday in my govt. 2 class and my teacher was explaining it to us, but i was kind of out of it.
