Good Engine Swap

I'm looking to modify my 1994 Prelude with a Kombat body kit, AeroGear Series1 hood, DC Sports S Header, GReddy PE Exhaust, Toyo T1-S Tires, Konig Flatline 17" wheels, Custom Interior, custom sound system, Stage 2 Gen IV Turbo, MSD Ignition, Ingen Cold Air Intake, and the rest of the good stuff. But one thing is troubling me...

I don't know import engine, I know Domestic 6 and 8 cylinders but not import engines. A friend of mine told me to use a JDM-H22 Type S Engine swap, but I've never heard of such a thing.

What is a good engine swap for my prelude?
