In a word.... NO

If you want a "real" differance, go get a real motor flush. I think Midas / Monroe / JiffyLube / etc. all offer this oil flush system where they pump a liquid through the motor which dissolves all the junk and then they flush it all out and refill it. Still wont due much unless you have a beat ass motor, but you should notice a little differance, if your car burns a little oil because of built up deposits this will clean them out etc. For injectors, just drop in a bottle of fuel injector cleaner in every fill up for a month, they will be cleaner then hell

Z-MAX = Colored Mineral Oil.

I have no idea how they are still in buiness, I know they got sued. I guess they one but that doesn't change the fact their product sucks.

Do not use this stuff. I worked at one of the above companys. The stuff is about the size of a anitifreeze jug. Its like zero weight oil. When this stuff was used of some cars I noticed it made them clank...since it is so thin it made the bearing wear more. They run that stuff for 10minutes and really isnt recomended if the car has more than 70k on it. My advice is change oil regulary and everthing will be fine.
