Just bought a 2003 chevy trailblazer LT. Had it 2 days. When the back window is down, it creates a head-banging vibration throughout the vehicle. it's almost unbearable. i just don't think this vehicle is right for my family for this and other reasons, that just became apparent. Can I return a vehicle back to the dealer; as in, get my money back because I'm extremely unhappy?? Thanks

I would think that you could. If the dealer gives you any grief at all, call a buisness lawyer for your state. They'll be able to give you a quick list of remedies for your state. However, here is a list of the lemon laws for NY. Good luck. http://autopedia.com/html/LemonLaw/NY_lemonlaw2.html
