1. That's bad. Anything larger than 16s is just for show. It will kill your gas mileage, make your car ride rough, tires are friggin expensive, you have to mold your fenders, acceleration is going to suck, braking is going to suck.

2. You can do anything with $$$. If you go from a 195/55x15" to a double width - good luck on finding a wheel that will fit that and trying to fit it under the fenderwells. And not only that your whole suspension wll just fall apart from the extra weight in about 1 year or less.

I re-read your paragraph 3 times and I still don't know what you said.

It all depends on how wide of a wheel you get. Wheels come in different widths just like tires do, they go hand in hand like that. Anything wider that 215 width tire, or 7 width rim will stick out from your fender well. IMO that looks shitty and gay. I also know of a guy that auto-X's using 13x8 size wheels on his 5th gen hatchback, and it looks funny as heck, but the wheels are SOO light too. Think of it this way, I have "15 rims that weigh 11.9lbs. each, on average "19's will weight about 40-50 pounds. Which do you think will wear your suspension/hubs/axels and engine out faster, 200 pounds worth of wheels, or 48 pounds of wheels? I run 205/50 15 size tires on my car, and 15x6.5 size wheels.

What exactly are you planning on doing with your car Omar? Are you wanting to pick up ladies and trophies, or are you looking to pick up speeding tickets? In other words, do you want to go fast or look good?

Way to be! Yeah, I'd go with a nice light set of 16" wheels then. That's a good balence of style and function.

You CAN look good and be fast, but you can't do both on "19's, or even "17's for that matter. Get some light "15s or "16 like loesch8102 mentioned, and you'll be good to go. I'd look into Konigs, Mugen, or Rota wheels for nice looking light weight ones.
