all I can tell is how to take the '02-'03's off, but maybe it will point you in the right direction

You have to take the screw out behind the handle and in the little grip cup thing behind the window and lock buttons. Then pull that out and unplug all the wire harnesses. After that there are clips all along the bottom and sides of the panel, just pull to unclip them. Then lift the panel upwards because it's hooked over the top of the door. To reinstall just do in reverse order.

Like I said, that's for an '02, but maybe they're the same?

ok well i took those screws out last time. i started to remove it but the door handle itself was refusing to let it off. i dont have any electronics at all in my doors except for the speeker so i shouldnt have to worry about any wires. is there some special way that the door handle needs to come off?

You have to work it around till you get it at the right angle to come off.
