Question ECU trouble codes/fixes?

I am real new to this and I could use some help. I have an 88 civic HB and I am getting ECU codes 10, 14 and 16???? I was told that I need to replace the ECU! Is this correct info? Any help would be greatly appreciated to this newbie!!

I have read what the codes mean. What I don't know is how to fix them or more important - do I need a new ECU? I have tried to research the problems the best I can, I am just having problems finding the right info.
