best header

I have been looking around for different 4-2-1 headers for my 92 integra

and was wondering

what is the best header that you have upgraded to and how much did it

help in performance?

and no don't tell me to do a search I really want your own good/bad experiences with whatever car you have especially if its an integra, any model. thanks!

I got a JDM ITR header. It's a 4-1 but the output is damn good in the high rpms. The 2 1/2 in. collector gives the exhaust a throaty idle.
