Chips
Does anyone know anything about Gizzmo chips. just brought a GTS-t with one in it. What does it do? make it use more gas? more boost?

Just make sure you use the highest octane petrol you can find for your car. And maybe even retard the timing a bit. As the ECU will have been programed for Japanese petrol. Which is like a minium of 105 or 110 Octane. The chip should have quite a agressive ign curve.

NZ chip
Its been fitted in auckland and has a phone number on the outside of the ECU so I gave them a ring to see if they could give me some info on it but they werent interested unless I could tell them when it was put in and had a job sheet. You would think the chips would have number on it or somthing but no not a thing they look all the same.............

Zapf the ecu has a purple sticker on it that says"Gizzmo!!! vehicle electrics" PH (09) 818 2099.
