I KNOW THIS SOUNDS WEIRD BUT......HOW DO YOU REMOVE SPINNING RIMS?

Did you put the spin on the rims???
If so, are you currently working on the image??? Try, Ctrl+Alt+Z to undo what you did. Other wise you'll need to find rims that aren't spinning. |

the rims are on the car how do you take them off

you got to have a program and replace them you justcant take them off.

find new rims, feel free to use the one I attached. Paste it as a new layer, erase the excess, and paste it over the spinner. You have to use photoshop/paintshop/something like that.
Not sure what you're chopping, but these are 17" Enkei Arashi rims, which are going to be on my real car soon.
