wanna trade 99 civic si for a hatch 92+

I have a 99 civic si in Flamenco Black the only mods are 17'' wheels and exhaust, it has 59,000 miles on it and always dealer serviced. Payoff on the car is 5500. So I am willing to trade for a civic hatchback. 92 and up only, preferably bone stock. So trader could get the 99 civic si and i get my hatch. The engine in the car does not have to be great because I have a b18 in my garage I am goin to swap in it. The reason I am parting with my beloved civic is I just got a life sentence(married) and the wife says the notes have to go.
