rod bearing gone

so idk if any knows i got an ls engine. i installed it and got it started. but there was a loud ass knocking sound coming from the engine. i was prayering it was the valves but i knew deep down it was a rod bearing. well i took the oil pan off and the bottom cap of #1 cylinder to find half of the bottom rod bearing gone and junks of metal all over my oil pickup and baffle. so now that sucks and im fucking pisseed off. plus im also having trouble actaully taking the bottom cap off i got it slid down alittle but it wont come off.

u guys got any comments or suggestions on how to fix this problem, also do u think my rod got bent and thats why im having so much trouble taking off the cap ?

i have 3 ls rods if you want to but then gor 25.00 with pistons and total seal rings (100) new and they have 400mi on them then i spun a bearing and one rod is toast
