Have you noticed...not many Maximas for sale?
As I have been scanning through the classified adds in the local paper the last couple of weeks I've noticed there are not many used Maximas for sale. I believe this is because there are so many happy Max owners who want to retain, not sell their vehicles.

Maxima owners tend to be a different type of breed. We are more car enthusiasts then say an owner of a Honduh Accord or a Toyota Camry...

I have two Max's. I have a wht 90 SE and a 2001 20th AE. My mother had an 88 SE, father has a 300zx, mother and grandpa have 94 and 99 sentra, but my mom now wants an SE-R and asked me to order her Eibachs and Tokico's like my car. As for an intake and exhaust, she said maybe. Oh yeah, I forgot, we own a driving school in Chicago and have four 94 sentra's over their. My dad wants a pathfinder now.

I know a few people at the Nissan dealership down the street from my work and when the HLSD 6-speed comes in the GM will let me borrow it for the day...if I like it and the numbers look good I might buy it. I don't know what to do though with my 2K Max with all the mods I've put into it. Maybe I will sell it privately and sell the mods on Maximadriver.com and 5thgenmaximas.com What do you think?

I'd say pull the Mod's and sell them seperate. If anything, the dealer will only take value off the car for Mods, they certainly won't give you anything for them. Take em' off and sell them on the .org or here. Good luck and yes, I am jealous...

I've noticed. I think there are 3 maximas in the whole state of Iowa. I've seen 2 others and mine, and I had to go to New Jersey to get mine. 5 speed of course......

It took me a couple weeks to find a maxima for sale in oklahoma city at a good price. We still paid 16k for a '98 GXE with secuity and convenience. That was a good price in okc. Believe me, we shopped all the reputable dealers.

how much could i get for my max
i dont have any pics but it was wrecked and i had the entire car painted kandy brandywine. it is a 98 gxe i added leather woodgrain and a spoiler. i have 19 inch chrome wheels, stillen body kit,two indash flopout screens and another screen in the steering wheel. three 12" JL w6 with Alpine 1500 watt amp. Ground control and konis. and a bunch of little mods here and there. i am trying to get an suv maybe tahoe or escalade. i was thinkin about asking around $18,000. i also have about 90,000 miles on it.
