well i have just bought 4 sets of the aoshima fabulous profound wheels, they are 19" with tyres etc.
not exactly the same but very close, btw those are pretty much the wheels i am gonna order for my 1:1 lexus in that pic of yours, not sure how the chrome is gonna stand up to the british weather, pretty crap i suppose |

Try to get the Aoshima WorkMeister S-1's., They look alot like them except they dont have the line on each spoke.... http://www.hlj.com/cgi-perl/hljpage.cgi?AOS31148 Heres a link

These rims came off a Falcon Aristo kit made by Aoshima they look very similar
