Smile 99 Rs

I'm looking to get my 18 year old a car. He keeps tellin me that he wants a "supped up elcipse". I have a opportunity to buy a 99 eclipse rs dirt cheap (i've had it checked, and it's in great condition).

* I've noticed that nobody on the board has a RS, i realize that a gst would be better, i'd like to buy the car cheap and put in top of the line mods.

*Can i "sup up" an RS. that's the main question that i have!!!

thanks in advance!!!

Yes its the exact same engine as the gs. Althought if u put a turbo in it u coudnt run as much boost as a gst unless u get all new engine internals but u can still make it really fast. How much are u buyin it for?

The GST is a souped up RS. He wont even need to tinker with the GST for a bit, they are pretty quick to begin with.
