Best car under 23k
Hey, I am looking into getting a new car. I have 23k to spend. What car would be the best for 23k or under? I want a car that handles well and is fast. Looks arent important to me. Thanks!!

Or a decent used car like a MKIV Supra Turbo/E36 M3/Lexus/Mercedes/BMWs etc.

I wouldn't bother with the WRX unless you need the AWD. I would suggest the Dodge Neon SRT-4. It is the best new fast car for the buck. They can also be made faster for not a lot of cash and can be done under factory warranty.

SRT-4 is the way to go, plus you will have an extra 3 grand for some of the performance packages you can upgrade it with!
