Question 16 year old w/ 240SX?

Hi I am a 16 year old kid, looking for a import car, I have heard some good things about the 240sx? But would it be good for a 16 year old? And is there anything I should search for in particularly when it comes to the 240sx?

I dont see why it wouldnt be a good car for a 16 year old. What is so special about this car that a 16 year old wouldnt be able to have one? They arent that fast stock, sure they are rwd, but learn car control and you will be fine. Geeze people you act like 240s are RX-7's or something. j/k

i was just joking. this is just the type of thread that Derek usually adds his "get a civic" to.

i don't really see what's wrong with getting a 240SX when you're 16, as long as you know how to control RWD and as long as you use it for good and modify it right.

Honestly, stick with the Prelude for a bit, untill your 100% comfortable with driving first.

I drive my dads 530i every now and then, and although it has electronic aids up its ass, it can still get to be a bit of a handful, and its not really "fast" either.

Although i love my 240, it is(in stock form) in no way better than even my 2nd gen RX-7(s) nor would it come remotely close to the 3rd generation RX-7 I owned.

hey I dont think there is to much difference between driving a rear wheel drive car and a FF car. yea the stearing can seem a bit light when flooring it, but i think that was it.

by the way i was always a honda driver, shhhhhhhhh kedp this a secret. I'm thinking of converting to the nissans. i always loved reading about them in magazines, and watching them drift in videos. and i like building their model kits. You know what, i'm gonna put a FOR SALE sign on my civic right now. and by a 240sx.

also MYNISMO ur car is sick, what kinda mods have u done to it. and about how much horsepower is it pushing. did u raise ur compression, or do u have stock internals.
