Question Some turbo questions

Ok, per my previous post I have decided to go with my turbo project. I need some info on it though.

1) How do the pipes go toghether? I mean do they all have to be welded together or do you just use those silicone sleeve things?

2) I have a TDO5 turbo and a FMIC that measures aprox 32 in long. What bends would I need? I am going to order my madrel bends off the net. They are a lot cheaper.

3) Anyone happen to know anyone or have a S-AFC for sell. I can get one for $320 so I am looking for a better deal.

One more question. I have a friend with a 97 Mustang V6 with a cobra rear end and dual exhaust. I have another friend with a 99 Eclipse with a short ram air intake and a chip. If I boost say 6psi will I be able to take them. They are the main ones I want to beat. Kinda like a constant comp we have goin on all the time.
