Bilstein shocks vs Tokico HP

I was just wondering if you guys could give any input on whether bilstein shocks or tokico shocks are better? I'm having a tough time looking for information on the bilstein shocks, even from their website.

On the tokico side though, I've read that they use a twintube design with a "sophisticated oil flow management system provides the right amount of resistance at a wide variety of suspension motions and velocities." I was just wondering how the Bilsteins are able to compare to the Tokicos.

If any of you have experience in either or both of these shocks, please let me know.

so after a little bit more research on the matter, I've found that the Bilstein shocks made for the corolla 97-00 models are the Touring Class O.E. twin tube replacement shocks. Now that I think I have that part figured out, does anybody have any recommendations as to whether the Bilstein T.C. O.E. shocks or Tokico HP Blues are better?

Both are considered standard shocks as compared to Bilstein sports, HDs, Tokico Illuminas, Koni yellows, etc. Out of the two, though, Id probably go with Bilstein because they have a better name, a better warranty, reputation, etc. And Im sure the ride will be a little nicer with the Bilsteins! Just my $.02

Thanks for your input
you may not realize...but out of all the replies that I've received on the matter from the many other forums I've gone to, you're the first person to give me a decent answer on the first try without having me ask to clarify..lol

I've been told that Tokicos are stiffer than Bilsteins and KYB. I hope that the Bilsteins aren't about the same as stock shocks though. I already went ahead and decided to get Bilsteins last night, so we'll see in a few weeks if I'm able to get them installed within that time.
