if you look carefully its a 7afe cuz a 4age the head is wider and the timming belt isrunig the 2 cams but on a 7afe the second cam is run by a gear on the other cam we call it a slave cam...
and its not a 1zzfe cuze it as a distributer in the pics and the 1zzfe as coil packs... all "f" heads have slave cam....4af 4afe 7afe 1zzfe 1nzfe...etc good find
