I don't know why but i think i relate to the anime so it seems to distort my view of it but i think its pretty damn F-ing good.

If you get a chance to see it WATCH IT. Its damn funny and pulls out a lot of serious things.

Godai - Ronin - You just want to beat the living piss outta him sometimes.
Mikata - Godai's Rival
Kyoko - The girl they're after.

Yotsuya -Akemi - Odanashi - All three are tenants and are somewhat foils for numerous characters. Interested in watching Godai's life go down the toilet.

its a damn good show I could talk about it for ages but i don't want to give anything away for someone who hasn't seen it

I've watched all 92 episodes (i think its 92) the story is satisfying it may be a bit old but its probably my favourite anime right now.

I don't think i can stress how good this anime is.

Have to agree. Maison Ikkoku is a great series. I have seen about 40 of the episodes and the movie which ends it. You have to check this anime out.

I have yet to actually get this series. It's a must-have series for me along with Kimagure Orange Road.

The movie doesn't end it its set between the series and is before the wedding so you have yet to see it all its damn good tho

I give high marks to Maison Ikkoku. Hands down one of the best anime series I have ever seen.
