not a stupid question, im just a stupid person

Aight, dont flame on me, cuz i dont konw how stupid this question is, but i've always been wondering about it. I'm still planning on getting a B18C1 (GSR), cuz i have a few ppl who might be able to get me a good deal on one. My question is, where do i go about getting a gauge cluster with the right redline/mph and stuff that'll fit my car? That's all, thanx in advance.

well i think the easiest thing to do would be to just get an aftermarket tach, and set it to the redline that the engine is.... i mean it would more of a hassle trying to put in a cluster that isnt made for our car then to just install a tach. this is what i did. I have the Si cluster and i just dont even read from the stock tach...seeing it be that the stock tach and my aftermarket one vary by like 500rpm. I trust the aftermarket one more than the stock one. just my $.02

I believe autometer and a few other companys make tachs that are the same size as the other gauges (60mm I think). That might be an option, if you're like me and hate big ass 10" tach's that block the windshield. lol

My DX didn't have a tach so I bought an aftermarket one that sits on top of my gauge cluster -- it's like 3.5 inches around, so it's not too ostentatious... Got mine for 70 bucks off ebay -- I would recommend this solution
