Stoddart bought five Arrows A23 chassis which he wants to compare to the Minardi PS03. He may bring one of each to a Friday morning private testing session, in theory these aren't included in the testing ban. Verstappen has had a seat fitting for the A23 and may also test it elsewhere, in that Stoddart thinks since they are Arrows chassis and not Minardi's, the testing ban shouldn't apply to them.

The team is testing right?
The testing ban is on the teams testing, not on what chassis you are testing, be it an old chassis or new. Given Stoddy's theory, Mclaren could be out on the track testing the MP4/18 every day because it's not the car they race.... Ferrari could be out testing F2002's with F2004 engines under development in them, because it's an old chassis.... Go away Stoddy, you're not an asset to F1....take Max and Bernie with you
