the u-joint thing
Ah yes, I must fix my driveshaft u-joints. I saw a post from someone who knew of a new type u-joint that could be put on by a heavy duty driveline place. I forgot the u-joint company and where I saw the post. Can anyone help?

there's this site called www.driveshaft.com they got some good ones. Or you could get a rebuilt shaft for $400 from BMP design. I think the stco BMW shaft can't be rebuilt, at least that's what my mechanic said.

I appreciate your feedback. Not quite it though. When I find it I'll share the info. I'm pretty sure they make all kinds, not just for Beemers. Happy trails!
