Hicas
i know theres quite a few questions on HICAS, but im going to ask one more
how do you know if its working? this is my first car, so have nothing to compare the handling with, and i have never seen the HICAS light showing. I have an aftermarket steering wheel, will this effect it?? also, when is HICAS supposed to work, over 40km/h ect??

Aftermarket steering wheel could effect it if you don't have the right Boss kit.
You can go into diagnostic mode which will turn it on while stationary, so you can move you wheels and see if they go.. I will tell you the procedure if you want. I can't remember when HICAS starts working.. 50k I think..

same question
hi,
i am another guy in the same situation it is my first car too although it is in panel beater's workshop after my four days ownership however, i am wondering weather my HICAS works too. what is the diagnostic mode you were talking about?? how to activate it or something (maybe stupid question to somebody)
