whoa!!!!!, everyone lets be easy for a moment........

Alright.......
first off this is my second time going onto this site and everyone wants to kill me for asking a question. Believe me i know a great amount on drifting and i didnt ask for a lecture from someone who is tight because im young and im willing to have a greater future with cars since im starting at a earlier age them. Second is that i dont like fwd cars for my own opinons cause i dont like ricers and it seems like all ricers are fwd cars. Third i dont know what i was thinking about asking about a brand new 240sx fastback because the only way i would get one is from a someones grandparents who did not wear and tear it. So before blowing a gasket ova my thread think once again that i am 16 yrs old and im not gonna wild out and try to drift without any modification and great training from a great school......................
but thanx for responding motha f@#kas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Evan aka jump-off e!!!!

Most japanese don't go to a "training school" to learn how to drift....but then again they don't have the morons that are in america either...

Either way..you and i know sometime someones gonna drift on the street so i you do atleast do it in an OPEN area where no one is around(nighttime maybe) and be with someone in a second "follow" car just incase something does go wrong..

You're right about the drifting schools, I keep making dumb posts. I'm a fool about calling the local guys morons but I just got angry about how they jumped on me like that. My bad. Anyway, why does ThaLegend dislike me?

I dont dislike you... I just want you to realize that if you come into a new place calling people names like hmmm.... YOU DID!!!! people are naturally going "dislike" your attitude. (if that makes any sense) So maybe you should tone it down a little...

I am also 16 years old and I have been into cars since I was 10. I love drifting and have been a fan for the past two years. It wasn't until recently that I have been getting more and more into it. I come here regularly, I also go to the drifting forum regularly. I plan on following through with my dreams in the future and build a drift car and actually drift it. We sound like similar kids.

I dont know about you guys but I read through the Gran Turismo booklets that came with the game for PS1.They mention Drifting in there.

That's the first time I heard/read about drifting. How long ago was it when the game first came out?

Yes, I know drifting is the new "cool" thing now, but not where I live. No one ever heard of it and driving a rear wheel drive car is unheard of (all the snow and rain). I like it because it takes skill and it looks great. I like Initial D and don't read SS.

you know what i mean.

Ive known about drifting, in one form or another since I was 3 or 4. My dad worked for Japanese car companies, and used to bring me all the mags that his boss's older son was done with, same with videos.

Although I wasnt FULL aware of drifting, I was vaguly aware that is was cars sliding around.
