and another thing how does it affect the ride ... like will it work with koni adjustable shocks?

You are talking about air bags. This will totally f*ck up your handling if you care about handling. And IMO is kinda worthless to have air bags or hydrolics.

yo the device is called airbags as whtteg already stated and they do nothing for stability,handling, or performance. They cannot be used with adjustable shockes because they replace the shocks.
