Price question

Hey well i was looking to get my 4 piece body kit painted + installed... and one shop quoted me about $900 (detailing, finishing, base coat, clear coat) Do you guys think that's a good deal, or have you guys had lower? Thx

I have seen damn good full body paint jobs go for 1000. That's fricken crazy. I'd tell that shop to eat a fat one.

Yeah thats about twice what I was quoted for the paint of a kit.

he said $900 right? i am a little confused. B16 makes it sound possibly like that is too cheap to be a good deal unless I am misunderstanding and 99civi seems to think it is too expensive?

well i think that 900 is too high but it may be where you live, cause here in mississippi i can get one baught and put on and painted for around 1200 to 1500, and that is for a 700 to 900$ kit, so you might want to look in a town a little farther away but not too far....
