i bought an '85 Prelude from my cousin. When he was driving it, it was in perfect condition, until he sold it to me. All of a sudden it was problems after problems. One of em is that the rack & pinion is leaking. What can I do, besides buying a new one?
In case ur wondering its 1985 Prelude GS (@ least thats what it said in the pink slip) Dual Carb 1.8L 12-V 217K (i know it's a lot of mileage!) |

You could try duct tape, perhaps WD-40...? It seems to work for me. If you don't feel like bending over and trying to fix it, just keep adding more fluid. In addition, I think that you should get NOS.

Go to the junkyard, buy a new one, and install it. It's not hard.
