Question Diagnosis needed

I have a '97 Olds Silhouette with 72k miles on it that makes a noise when the wheels are turned while driving. I believe it only occurs at slow speeds. I don't hear it every single time but most times. The noise is more of a "tink" or "click" rather than a "clunk" or "rattle". It seems to be coming from the right front wheel. Is it a balljoint that's going or is it something else?

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a ball joint, if you haven't done so rotate tires and see if noise continues.
