Is there a lot of play in the pulley???

taking the snout off is really easy and I would suggest using ZZP's http://www.zzperformance.com/zzp/pro...sc_coupler.htm

I've never had to rebuild the blower but have had it off a few times (cam install and swapped a p & p housing). Hopefully its just in the snout and not the rotors themself. It basically breaks into 3 main parts

Snout
Rotors
Housing

That's all I can think of.

I cant remember if there is a gasket between the snout and rotors or not. I remember using RTV gasket maker for one of the seals. Try a search on www.clubgp.com for better directions.

Well I got on Club GP, and found pretty much how to do it, and I also found bearing and seal #'s. I have ordered a coupler, and oil.

I think that the reason that it is going out so soon is because when I was doing a pully swap the end clip got mangled somehow, I think that contributed to the falure, but I am not sure.

I am going to take pictures, and post them when I am done. I am starting the tear-down tomorrow.

Pawn, nice to see you....... yes, I think I could arrange to get you one. or 2, we have kind-of stoped making them, but I know how to do it. so the answer is yes, are you still intrested?
