Compression, Slightly Dif cams, and OBD2 I think.

The only dif between the Jap A2 and the US A2 a slight compression change. The US has 10.2:1 while the Jap has 10.4.

Basically all B16 are the same so nearly all parts for any B16 with fit any B16.

If you get a B16 from a 6th gen Si then it is pretty much a Jap B16A1.

The 2.0L was made for the B18, The B16 can't handle it because it doesn't have sufficient bore or block height.

Do you mean Cylinder Sleaves? Even with that you still have a problem with Block Height. Pistons smashing valves is not good. It would be better to just get a B18 if you want 2.0L. But with the stroker kit you give up some High RPM relaiblility insurance due to the greater stroke.

It wouldn't do you any good. The flow velocity would not work as good with the engine as a B16 head would.
