So what did YOU do today?? (slow connections I wouldn't recommend trying it)
Well, I woke up kinda early and headed out... Mission in mind, determination in pocket.
I went driving, but not in the sol.. I drove... *inhale* Two of these.. one black with a black hardtop, one red with a black droptop..  One of these.. that's a cobra, by the way...  One of these.. the mach I owns me.  Two of these, and I didn't like either one..  And for shits and giggles, I took out this beast..   And you know the even better thing? I got paid for all of it. Damn I love my new job.

I'm actually quite in love with the thunderbird. The inside is sooo nicely done. The outside is kinda growing on me, too. Reminds me of the sol in that you either love it or hate it.
As for the mach I... oh my god.. drop that car off at the detailing shop after I drove it because I'm sorry but I had an orgasm in the driver's seat.  The sound of that thing is just... ngah.. and you see the intake shaking as the engine revvs... it's beautiful. The one thing I wish it had is I wish it had the 6 speed manual like the cobra did.. it's a 5 speed. But the speedo goes higher than the cobra. It's a beautiful machine inside and out. And as for what exactly I do... sales rep, University Ford.  It is kinda a feeling of power sitting behind the wheel of a $60,000 excursion and knowing that you can run over a miata and just get a warning. Makes bad drivers like me feel a little more at ease, to say the least.

I feel sorry for you after all that they put you through. (I'd need counseling for a month if I had to drive that much Ford in one day)

The eyes on that Focus are pretty pimp, but that's about all. As much as us Honda guys hate Mustangs, you gotta admit the mach 1's are a kick to drive, but I'd never buy one. Not so much because of car price but because of expensive tires and hundreds of other parts when needing replaced... and yeah I guess insurance. $2300/year on my Civic already pours salt on my financial wounds.
