yea lando is right..
why not up grade the fuel sys..
if you wnat to run the maximum efficenty of a turbo you must have the right amount of FUEL and AIR going into you car.. me personally i would do my boltons then my fuel sys b4 upgrading to a bigger turbo.. bigger isnt always better.. just do all the bolt on to the gsx and do your fuel sys and up the boost to 14psi and if you are still not happy then only then get a

BIG 20G

See , i have already looked there and im part of there forum. Yet I was wondering which turbo will give me a good potential increase / give me more HP without changing fuel management for the time being.

get yourself a datalogging program(e.g. pocketLOGGER or tunerstein), to check that nasty knock and to see if you are running rich or lean.do a fuel pump rewire and all the "free mods". i noticed in your profile you said you had an intercooler, is front mount? if so thats good. the stock side mount IC gets heat soaked real easy. you can run a 16g on without new fuel management it will spool quicker and hold boost better but don't set it any higher than 12 psi untill you get fuel management and bigger injectors. the 16g even at low boost will feel and be way faster than that t25 that comes stock on the 2g eclipses. to take full advantage of the 16g you will need a fuel pump that pushes more, bigger injectors, fuel management, front mount IC,and a datalogger.

How fast do you wanna go? The T-25 is good for mid to low 13s. Plus the 16G isnt even a direct bolt-on.

you can go with the 14b that comes on the first gens and do the fuel pump rewire turn up the boost a little then BAM there you go the hp you requested and not for that much$$$
