Great move man! Isn't it sick that your mortgage is the same or less than rent ?!

And this is the BEST time to buy right now with the rates!

Congrats! Good luck with it!

Thumbs up woo hoo!! its a post ur house pics thread ;)

Good job yo... owning a house is about the only thing I'd do before wasting all my money on a car.

Me three on the house buying. I know my sig has said for a long time I was gonna buy, and we are finally scheduled to go to settlement this Friday.

Here is a shot from about a month ago. The only thing left to do is final yard grading and paving the driveway. - Since this pic the front steps, sidewalk and some yard grading has been done. I'll be adding shutters and a garage door opener as my first projects

This is an EXCELLENT time to buy. how's ur rate?? Mine was locked in , oh let's say somewhere between 5.00% and 5.50%

Wait until you guys see the trash pile I will live in for the rest of college up in Moscow, ID. At least it will have a garage, and I can party with my Fraternity brothers in it. Right now I am 19, and I should be renting the house by next year.
