parking brake

for some reason i cant figure this out and i feel really stupid. but where is the parking brake? is it linked to the rear wheels or the front wheels.

I suppose the worst that could happen is you would burn your transmission up.

When I was younger and dumber I had a little FWD Buick with the 2.5 and used to do that quite a bit, since there was no other way to get the front wheels to spin, unless of course there was Ice on the road.
