whats the fastest mb car?
whats the fastest mb car? if possible, horsepower, year, model if i need to know, and one more question is there any mb turbocharge thats not diesel?

fastest mb car.. probably the new SLR
turbocharged non-diesel: any of the new __600s (ex: s600, cl600, sl600, etc). These are new 5.5L twin-turbocharged V-12s

5.5L 24-valve v-8 engine 469hp @ 6100rpm 516 lb-ft @ 2650-4500rpm 0-60 in 4.5 seconds msrp 76,720.00 / 113,970.00   Any of the __600s 5.5L 36-valve V-12 twin-turbo engine 493hp @ 5000 rpm 590 lb-ft @ 1800-3500rpm 0-60 in 4.6 seconds msrp 115,000.00 and up CL65, S65, and SL65 AMGs 6.0L 36-valve twin-turbo engine 610hp @ 4750rpm 1000 nm @ 2000-4000rpm 0-60 probably in the high 3's or low 4's msrp probably more than you can afford  [img] http://www.germancarfans.com/images/...0304.002.1.jpg [/img] [img] http://www.germancarfans.com/images/...0304.002.2.jpg [/img] SLR 5.5L 24-valve V-8 engine over 550hp lots of torque (probably around 650 lb-ft) 0-60 in the 3's msrp around 350,000-450,000   That's pretty much it.. some of the fastest MB cars...all are under stock circumstances (AMG is now the in-house tuner for MB). If you are wondering the CLK-GTR should be there somewhere.. umm.. its a 6.9L N/A V-12 pushing 600hp and is VERY fast.

If they make tires that can hold up tot he SL55's blistering speed, it can theoretically hit 208mph. The FASTEST is probably either the C111 (turbo diesel wankel) or a CLK GTR SS w/ modified gearing.

the fastest is the SLR. Its as fast or faster than the enzo. When the SLR comes out.. the CLK-GTR should be superseeded by the SLR-GTR which then would become the fastest mercedes ever. i'm guessing over 230mph, easy.
plus they do make tyres to hold up to over 200mph.. just not the massive 4500lbs of the SL. That this is HEAVY, and FAST!.. not a good combo for the tyres.
