colling air conditionning

having a problem with air conditionning,,

if I let the car running iddling,, 15min. or 2 hr. there is no difference,, working good.. very cool air... down to 60deg. F. in the car..

but if I go on the road.. for like 1/2 hr driving.. clutch dis-engage so no air conditionning.. and somethimes come back ,, off and on...

did general test.. fan maximum,, or fan minimum there is no différence..

to cold.. icing ?? dont tink so cause soon as the compressor clutch engage air is comming very cold.. dis-engage,, comming warm very fast..

any idea..??

on my jetta the air conditioning lines are damaged anyone know how much it will cost to replace them. pleage get back at me. thank you
