Not sure... My 90 Si hatch doesnt, and my 91 EX sedan does.

...some of the dx hatches had power steering (cwbetb's is the only one I know of..but... )

you do not need power steering on a crx/hatch... I live in the city and parallel parked my hatches 5-6 times a day and its never an issue.. they're not heavy cars..

The 4D LX / EX comes with it standard. I think it's either unavailable (from the factory) or an option on all other models.

Personally, I hate power steering. Would much rather drive a car without it.

But, like Marked said, on a car this size, power steering really isn't necessary, and only clutters up the engine bay. That's my $.02

As far as recommending this car, I'd recommend it to beginners and experienced tuners alike. They're just all around fun cars, and a good platform to learn with. Lord knows, I've learned ALOT in the last 3 years since I started modding mine.

All Aussie GL Civics came with PS and the Si (ZC powered CRXs). Seeing as that's all we got here...

My 91DX came with power steering.. I had it on the B16 for a while, but decided it really isn't worth it.

I like the way the car feels much better now without it though.. Power steering is a little too weird for me. Sometimes with 16X7 rims I kinda hate myself when I'm in a lot of parking lots.

Don't CRX's have a tighter turn radius than 4D's?

One thing I noticed with the sedan is that it has a tighter turn radius than my hatchie, so maybe not.
