Fixin' Up My Ride

I just paid off my 98 Cavalier in March. I wanted to fix it up. Where should I start?

I haven't done anything to it yet. I have no clue on where to start.
I don't have a buttload to spend right now. Should I start with rims?
Maybe I should sell it.

Well, first off, what type of cavalier is it? it is the base with the 2.2L or is it the Z24 with the 2.4 Quad4? Personally, I would only fix it up if its the 2.4, due to most parts being made for the quad4. Hahn racecraft has a turbo kit being made for the cavalier, and GM has a eaton kit made for the 2.4, but I don't know if its still available, now that the ecotec has emerged. Cheap way, for more power, is to always go for a low shot of nitrous. nothing more than 50hp shot for your engine, unless its modified to handle it.

ok maybe I should rephrase...
I just want it to look good, not a performance fix up.
