thinking of buying a celica whats the good points and bad

Well, my dad has an 02 GT. It handles extremely well. They drive like a rear wheel drive car. Nice comfortable bucket seats.

The cons are that the GT only has 140 hp, and the GT-S has 180, but thats misleading. I've it has a pretty crappy power band. No room in the back seats, but I guess thats why they call it a 2+2 seater.

Overall its a real good car with good aftermarket potential.

its a Toyota itll last forever (461k on my original engine never been rebuilt and is driven 100+ miles a day). there is plenty of help in the aftermarket. they look good.

i have a 2000 gts and i love it. the 180 isn't misleading. because of the vvtl-i you dont feel all the power until you are up in the rpm's but when you are you can feel the 180 hp
