removing headrest on Silverado LT

I am trying to put seatcovers on the LT's bucket seats. I need to remove the headrests. Anyone know how it is done? Thought I'd better ask before I break something. Thanks.

LT headrests

I am having the same problem with the head rests on the leather seats. I spoke to someone at the dealership and a auto body shop and no one seems to know. So any input would be very helpfull

got it

on the side of the plastic piece on the bottom of the headrest there is a little pin hole. Stick a paper clip in on both sides and pull up
