i found a 88 gt with a few mods with only 31000 miles. kbb says its only worht 3-4 g's and they are asking 9700. are they crazy. i think im gonna offer them 5000.

Depends on what the mods are. But almost 10k for an 88? Unless this thing is a drag queen, I'd say hell no.

RIP OFF!!! Definitely man, don't buy it unless they will sell for what the KBB price is. Are you sure the car had 31,000 miles, not 131,000 miles? Have a Carfax run on the car, and check with the registry to verify it is actually 31k on the clock. I wouldn't even ask that much for my car with all the mods it has, and less then 33k on the whole drivetrain. How is the cars conidition anyway, rust, paint, etc?
