Arrow DSM 450cc injectors into integra ls

i've heard that the DSM 450cc injectors are great injectors and will fit into any b series engine... i was wondering is there any modification needed to have it install on a ls engine? and what is the purpose of the resistor block?

Thanks for any opinion and info.
