Angry crank angle sensor

I'm having a problem, i just did a swap in a 88 crx si i gave it a zc (i would have given it a better heart but you know $) it runs really rugh and im getting a code 4 on my ecu, is the sencor bad or did i not replace the timing belt the right way ???????
Pleast help.

More likely the sensor is bad.
