Building up a f22b series engine

anyone ever sat down and thought up any crazy ideas for the f22b series engines? They seem pretty solid and have been used in older year preludes in Japan. I really wouldn't know how or where to start, I was just wondering to see if anyone one ever tried it and what their gains were?
